Vader is an approximately 1 1/2 year old dog that was abandoned at our front door in a cage, with a note from the owner. He is a friendly boy, but the owner wrote that his landlord would not let him keep him. Open communication with either landlords or apartment companies is extremely important to prevent this from happening. We at Safe Harbor strive to educate the public on matters of breed prejudice and breed restrictions to help prevent dogs from going through the stress and trauma of being displaced. Vader is an active, playful and freindly boy that would make a great companion for anyone that would love a canine pal! His favorite activities include fetching sticks, rolling around in the grass and sunbathing!
