Description:
Panda is one of many dogs that were seized by PBC Animal Care and Control on an abuse and cruelty case. After the judge ruled that the dogs would not be returned to the people, we got the call for assessment. Panda is very affectionate and loving. She has lots of terrier energy, and would probably make an amazing agility dog! She is about 1 1/2- 2 years of age, and enjoys the company of people over dogs.
