Keira, a shepherd/husky mix found herself at Safe Harbor after being hit by a car. She had one of her legs bandaged up for quite a while but as soon as the vets cleared her from medical care, Jack was able to take her to the dog park, as well on MANY overnight field trips to their house. She instantly became part of the family and that is when it was decided that they would adopt her! Bailey, their 15 year old golden retriever, now shares his home with Keira. Both dogs love spending their summers in New Hampshire where they enjoy swimming in the lake.
